The Big Nowhere

   Okay, so the book takes place on New Year's Eve, 1950. The car in the photo is a little off, by a decade or so. And the story is set in Los Angeles, which never gets snow like that.
   
   Still, the image fit the title so well, I had to do it. If I can't get away with some artistic license here, why bother, right?
